Quotes
All quotes are free and provided without obligation. A quote is based on the vehicle details and requirements you provide; if the vehicle or requirements differ on inspection, we will agree any revised price with you before work begins.
Bookings
Work is booked once you accept the quote and we agree a time and place. Please tell us about any warning lights, recent repairs or modifications before the visit, as these can affect the diagnosis.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed with your quote. We will always confirm the total price before any work begins — there are no hidden charges.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or rearrange, please let us know as early as possible by calling +44 7425 435697. We are open 24 hours.
Diagnosis and findings
A diagnostic visit identifies faults from the evidence available on the day. Intermittent faults may not occur during testing; where a fault cannot be proven, we will tell you honestly what was found, what remains uncertain, and what to watch for. Any repair work is separate from the diagnosis and is only carried out with your agreement after the findings are explained.
